Join us at Sukkat Shalom for a special Shabbat service, when we turn over the bima to our teens! The Purim story told in the Book of Esther highlights the need to stand up against powerful forces to make positive change in our world. Come hear our teens share their reflections on stopping senseless gun violence in our country’s schools and communities. This is part of a larger initiative among synagogues in Chicagoland, turning to our teens one Friday evening in March to listen to their reflections, and celebrate the power of young voices standing up for change.
